Reflecting on the seminar, I'm so so grateful.  My insight is that you have contributed so much to changing the world by teaching others. The whole world of business has changed its outlook and you have contributed a lot to that.

The official proofreading of the Albanian version of the book " Aviva  Method I"  was completed last week. My friend is currently working on a  re-reading (another proofreading) of the material and he will be ready by the end of the month. Without this basic book, I cannot officially start teaching the method. 

 In the meantime, I  started working on the video (Unique Value Proposition) and changing  the content of the future website accordingly. The book will be ready  for publication in April or May, as there will be some editing work to be done too. Is it possible to use the social media support that I have won only after this?

Last weekend I was really lucky, to  attend a 2-day Fascia Bodywork course in Hungary, so from now on I will also be able to teach this movement, in addition to hormone training.

I'm Lynnda. I want to take this time to say a huuuuge thank you for everything you're giving me and other women in the weekly Business Accelerator Workshops. It's really become something I look forward to each week! I'm a busy mom with a 4-year old and a 7-month old. So I don't always have the chance to quietly sit and attend each session with my full concentration but nevertheless I always get something extremely valuable out of it. This week I loved the part you did on the importance of valuing our time. That's something I've become more aware of recently is how freely I give away my time to others and how I really need to set up clear boundaries especially if I'm going to make my big dreams for this year a reality.

As I'm learning more about you Audra it's becoming clear that what you're doing now is exactly what I'm aspiring to become. I'm currently working on my small business Inner Wellness Coaching where I offer coaching to individuals and organizations on business development, aligning individuals with their values and the values of the organization, and wellness. My business is a baby currently and I'm not making much money right now but I've decided to go big so I've recently put together a team of interns helping me build this company.

Dear Audra, after almost 6 sessions with you I feel a blessed person writing to you my accumulated message on Val Day because you deserve it more than you could think.

Firstly, to become a coach or capacity builder or mentor takes a big heart there is no doubt that your heart is the biggest because throughout the session you go extra mile for us to make us understand our value, mission, vision and today I want to tell you that I am grateful to God that you are my mentor who has been building my capacity throughout our sessions.

I can’t thank you enough Audra. I have been encouraged, challenged, and you have reminded me how I should carry myself from now on once God has given me a chance to live on this earth. Dear Audra,

Thank you very much for your inspirational workshop, not only for business encouragement and education but also for your guidance on how to improve the way to reach out to others to bring success to any organization.   

I wrote to you after the last workshop in December when we had a break for Christmas and new year and reported that though I was not in business, I would love to be able to see how to use the principles of your business strategy for a positive effect in outreach to help to promote a successful growth of our UK WFWP organization.  Due to another appointment that could not be canceled I missed the 1st week of the start-up program and was so disappointed but felt your guidance a week later applied perfectly to my question. 

Your precise enthusiastic and bright personality is a wonderful encouragement to go forward, be adventurous and to try hard to accomplish what we want to achieve.  Also, last week’s inspiration from one participant who had to overcome the worry of little funds to travel out of her area to meet with others and the resulting success of her determined desire to not let her lack of funds dictate what she does was so great to hear, it was such a victory due to what she could learn from this great workshop.  I will continue to read the manual and apply what I have learnt in my work and will share as much as I can with others. 

I am so sorry also for the sad childhood you had and wished you were treated better but I believe your character is an inspirational one and that is why the authorities used you as you were able to always get up, dust down and smile and do your best again.

Dear Audra,

May I say how much I am enjoying our Tuesday meetings and it is very generous of you to give of your time in this way.

I was fortunate enough to win two spins of the wheel yesterday, the first being one month of social media posts and the second one being style guide.  This couldn't be more helpful to me as social media is a real weakness of mine.

Just to give you a bit of background, I am an artist, this is my passion, what I want to spend more time doing and improving upon.  I have held small successful exhibitions in the past but have been a bit lazy in promoting myself. I don't even have a website and am 'afraid' of social media only because I am unfamiliar with it.

I have been on many lovely painting holidays over the years and have long held an ambition to conduct my own painting holidays - I live in a beautiful area of the UK.  I have had a couple of attempts at this, but no lasting success. I now have the roadmap for sucess. Also, I am in my mid-sixties, so energy levels are limited, but it is still a dream I aspire to.

Thank you Audra for your kindness and wise words! Yes, the idea that things need to be a certain way or "perfect" often gets the better of me and sometimes prevents me from taking the necessary actions. I find this to be the case for a lot of us women for some reason. Something I'm having to work through often as a mom with little ones if I'm going to make this work. Done is better than perfect after all!
